Payment

Please don't send payment until we ask you to in writing. This law office only does work after both lawyer and client sign a written fee agreement. Thus, please don't pay any amount until requested to in writing. Funds paid through this site without corresponding fee agreement will be held in order to assess their rightful owner, after which they may be returned. However, if it's not clear who is the rightful owner, the law office reserves the right to interplead the funds in a court of law, which may take a substantial length of time. .

Credit / Debit Card

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We do not accept American Express. We prefer to not accept "gift" cards and reserve the right to refuse to accept them. Invoices are paid into different accounts than retainers. If unclear, please use "To Pay A Retainer".

To Pay An Invoice

To pay an invoice (not a retainer), please use the following link. Note, this means you have received an actual document that says "INVOICE" on it. If you are trying to pay the very first sum for your matter, it's almost certainly the retainer so skip to the next section. Please do not pay more than the invoice amount asked for as it can create accounting difficulties.

To Pay A Retainer

To pay a Retainer or an Advanced Fee (not an invoice), please use the following link. If you've received an actual document that says "INVOICE" on it, then you should use the "To Pay An Invoice" link above. But, if you're in doubt, please use the "pay a retainer" button; it puts your payment into our IOLTA trust account.
