Prices listed on the website

All prices listed on this site are subject to change at any time and with no notice to you. No price is binding on this law office until the law office and client have a written fee agreement signed by both lawyer and client.

All prices listed assume online-only work and do not include in-office visits or phone appointments. In-office visits and phone appointments are at 125% the prices listed on this website

None of the prices listed are actual offers to perform legal services. They are intended to let potential clients gauge the likely cost of their legal service and to know what the Law Office typically quotes for such matters. The only actual offer to perform legal services for the potential client will be in the form of a written fee agreement customized to the specific potential client’s desired legal services.

While the vast majority of quotes offered by the Law Office will be flat fees, there will be occasions that Mr. Miller quotes an hourly fee or additional per-item fee. But, all fees, whether flat, hourly, or itemized, shall be clearly communicated in writing and agreed upon by both lawyer and client.

All prices assume typical fact scenarios and do not include the following types of work unless otherwise indicated: tax planning, registration of securities, public offerings, and other unusual or complex legal needs. Price may increase according to complexity of the necessary legal documents. However, most work performed by this office is according to the flat fees in the pricing page. Atypical or unusual requests may incur increased prices; but, all pricing terms will be available to the client in the fee agreement.
